A great exit strategy for a business with an office lease that no longer needs the subject space is to Sublease or Assign their tenancy to a 3rd party. Provided the scope of the lease is adequate, we can promote the surplus space for sublease and seek a new substitute tenant to either sublease for the balance of the term, or sign a new full-term lease with the landlord – if certain conditions are met.
